I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. Great experience with this company. This was my first time shipping a car, and my coordinator, Bob Moran, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and making the process less stressful. I needed to ship my car across the country, and had some difficult logistical issues regarding my time frame- Bob really did an outstanding job in absorbing the entirety of my situation and working to make things happen for me.  Use this company- they really care about doing right by you.

My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. I recently purchased a 1942 Ford Deluxe Convertible, I needed someone to transport from Idaho to Upstate NY. My son came up with Ship A Car Auto Transportation from the Hemmings Motor News Magazine. Joseph Gorfien an employee took care of my car and arranged for trucking plus answered all my questions and calmed any apprehensions I had. The car arrived a day early in excellent condition. EXCELLENT service! The boat was picked up by the driver on time, also arrived on time as promised. No complaints, no damages to boat or trailer. Very professional.

Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.

I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

They hauled my very expensive V8 chopper from OK to Clearwater, FL. Took care or it like it was a baby. Pedro the driver was amazing and Pepper the dispatcher was all over it from before they pick it up to the delivery. She was a life saver.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

Needed to move a John Deere Gator from central NJ to upper VT. It has a low clearance due to an attached snowplow. Ship a Car was awesome. VERY responsive every step of the way. They even found a quality carrier $200 less than the initial quote! Carrier was professional and had the right vehicle. Arrived exactly on time. Gator arrived safely. Happily paid the reasonable cost and dramatically reduced my anxiety. Great job.

We shipped a 2000 Camry from VA to NE. The only drawback was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a carrier. The pick up and delivery was flawless and the car was in the same excellent condition on delivery as on pick up. Ship A Car saved me from a horrible experience. I had put a deposit in and waited a month and a week with another company. With Ship A Car I didn't have to put down a deposit until they had a driver for me, which was within 24Hrs. Quinten Putnam had fabulous customer services and was always available to talk. I never got the runaround and didn't have to wait. Car went from Texas to Florida in 5 days. I'd still be waiting with the other people.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. This was the first time I had ever shipped a car. Meredith Anzalone was my agent and she did a great job of handling my request. My car was shipped from Florida to California and she walked me thru every step of the way. I would most certainly use Ship A Car and Meredith again This was the first time I had ever shipped a car.

I've been using Ship A Car Inc. for about five or six months, and they've done everything they told me they would do. They've kept their word. I've referred six, large customers to them already. Danny is one of the guys I've been dealing with in Florida, and he's done whatever he's told me he will do. He's kept his word.They need more employees like him! I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I was looking for a way to send my car from Minnesota to Denver and contacted several transport companies. I was very nervous about sending a car that was one year old and I had taken very good care of with someone/company that I had not ever met and or had any previous experience with. This was the first time that I had ever done something like this so I read all the reviews from each company. I called Ship a Car Inc. and got a real person by the name of Tynesha Jenkins who was a breath of fresh air she was professional at all times took the time to make sure that all my questions and or concerns were addressed. Her follow-up was excellent and I really like that this company has structure in selecting the actual transporter, pick-up and delivery process. I’m a very detail oriented person and I was impressed when the person came to pick my car up. Ivan from IV Auto LLC was dispatched to pick my car up he called an hour ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very nice and professional and completed a very detail car inspection report that we both signed off on so there would not be any surprises when the car was received on the other end. My family in Denver received the car in the same condition that it was in before the transport and they echoed the same thing that Ivan is a good man that cares. I will in the future without a doubt call only Ship a Car Inc. to handle my cars and recommend them to my family and friends.
