My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I am very pleased with my experience with Ship A Car. My broker is Howard, and he is courteous and professional with his all encounters with me. I was shopping a car from Mississippi to California. Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. I had questions as my timeline was tight, and Howard answered my questions every step of the way; he returned my calls promptly and I was never left in the dark. Highly recommend!! I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. From the time I got a quote from him to the time my car was picked up was 24 hours. It was also delivered to Florida a day early. The driver was Albert from Arizona Shipping. He was excellent. I was able to contact him to know the status of the delivery at any time. I am very please with both Ship a car, Inc. and Arizona Shipping. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. Willie D. assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend him and also Ship a car inc for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I was having a car shipped from Houston to Tennessee and I had many concerns about this adventure. However, after speaking with Lawrence and then him walking me through every step. I had the best experience possible. He did everything that he said that he would and went over and beyond my expectations. The driver Leon was just as good and provided peace of mind all the way. I schedule my car to be picked up on a Monday.. when I actually made the final call to Lawrence.. he stated "how about if I try to get a driver to pick up on Saturday"? I said yes of course, short story Lawrence called back with a pick-up date on Saturday and delivery on Monday. Then Leon called and asked if a Sunday delivery would be okay?? Wow, I could not have asked for anything better than this experience. Yes, I would use this company again without a doubt.

Contacted Ship-A-Car in early May 2018 and spoke with Steve G. He answered almost all of my questions immediately about shipping my new BMW to east coast. Those he couldn't answer he got back to me in less than a day with all the information I needed. A few weeks later my car was at the port on Maui and in less than one month it was safely sitting in my garage in North Carolina and in the exact same, excellent condition. I will ship other cars in the future and I will use Ship-A-Car and Steve.

Prompt response to initial contact. Primary contact, Chris, was friendly, courteous, experienced and honest. Initial contact from shipping company was prompt and friendly. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. My experience with Ship A Car Inc was excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are great! especially Danny. He was so nice and helpful unlike most brokers and really got us the best deal. I was also very appreciative how he gave me his personal cell number to call him should any problems arise or if I simply had any questions. I will definitely use them again next year.
