Excellent communication from Ship-A-Car Direct (Stefan and others). They lined up ARK Transport, who made an uneventful trip from Colorado to Ohio. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM (No problem for me, but I was unable to take good receiving inspection photos. Driver was very careful unloading car. No damage during transit.

At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. It was our first time working with Ship A Car INC a couple months back and everything went very smoothly. From the time that we first contacted them to the final delivery, they provided us with great customer service and communicated with us very well throughout the whole the process. There were no issues and if I had any questions they make it very easy to contact them. I would definitely use their services again if anything came up and would highly recommend them.

They did rather well, slight delay but not bad. My C3 Vette made it after getting jerked around VERY badly from others.  To make the deal happen they cut their part by 50 bucks and increased the drivers share. My cost for a very out of the way place and 475 miles remained at $650.00 where as others wanted $725!

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! Good work, good price!!!!! Give that girl a raise! Kristina is the bomb diggity!🤩

I had a terrible experience. At first they did not know my carrier was going on vacation. Then I had to get a new carrier. Then he had problems with his rig. Had to send drivers license registration and insurance. To get out of the pound. Then when they arrived at the destination finally they asked for COD. When they told me they would take out of my credit card. It cost me more money. To use the credit card. A nightmare

Company was very professional and got our car to its destination in a very timely manner. Communication could be a little tighter but overall a good company to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). Mr Moran helped me ship my 89 Mercedes to Massachusetts from Florida he was very professional and helped me find exactly what I wanted I would not go with any other company. Unless Mr Moran was there he made the process very stress free and easy.

We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! He coordinated everything from our SUV being pick up at Seattle, Wa to the delivery being held without incurring extra charges on our part (Thank you Aaron!). Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

My husband and I shipped our car cross country and I wanted say how happy we were with the service that ship a car provided. We worked with Les at ship a car and he went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this company and if you decide to go with them make sure to ask for Les, he really took care of us and made us feel comfortable with our choice.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I would use Ship a car again this was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT. A job well done.

My car was shipped so incredibly fast from California to Nashville. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Hey there 'ole Chad........ My vehicle was a 2000 Prowler.... Not a Rice Producers piece of equipment. All went well and once the manual was read. Started right up. Unbeknownst to me... or the Semi-Driver. The Security system automatically engages when the ignition is turned off. Vehicle would not start until the Security System was disarmed..... cause for a good laugh. Should the occasion develop in the future to ship another vehicle ----- REST ASSURED I WILL USE, SHIP-A-Car, Inc.... Thanks for all your assistance and Professionalism.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.
