Maryland to Arizona Car Shipping

I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. The transporter name is Arthur very friendly and pleasant put me at ease. I recommend this company highly. Thank you Branford an excellent job well done. Maritza Rivera

I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Lisa was great at communicating via email and phone (even for a customer that doesn't have an umbilical to his phone.) Would use them again..., in a second!

Kevin poteet was the driver he was just woderful he knew i was nervous anout my classic and vave me a hug told he would take care of my baby and he did just that. Opon delivery informed my husband 1 tire was low and he should fill it. Just ver observant and kind . Fabulous job.

Company was very professional and got our car to its destination in a very timely manner. Communication could be a little tighter but overall a good company to work with.

I called Ship a car to get a quote on a car transport, I got forwarded quickly to Bob who was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful with the entire process. He promised me a ship date and arrival date and he was spot on no issues. Car got delivered perfectly and professionally. He called me during transport to update me and a couple times after to follow up with everything. These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

We were relocating from Upstate NY to Richmond, Texas, since we had relocated before, I decided to call the company that had moved our cars to NY, I did not like their quotes so I decided to shop around and read reviews. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.

Spoke with Lisa P numerous times about shipping a car to my son in San Jose, from Tucson. As I had not done this before, I had lots of questions. Lisa was very patient, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Told her the car could be picked up the following day, and literally within 30 minutes, she called me back to say she had a truck lined up to pick up the car the VERY NEXT MORNING!! Amazing. Car was picked up on Thursday, and delivered to my son's house on Monday, late afternoon, exactly as promised. Car arrived in great shape. I was very impressed with how this all went, and would definitely use them again. Excellent.

very disappointed, weeks before date I needed to ship car I was quoted a price and given dates, as date approached company failed to respond, left me hanging, and was 100% useless. Stay away from them! Zac Johnson was their rep, non-responsive

Bob is fantistic, Contracted a car hauler (Road Runner) a month early. I called them day before ship date and they hadn't done anything. Called Bob and he had a hauler at pick up place in less then 24 hours. Hauling company was fantistic. Thanks Bob.

Never had a better company to transport as I phoned and 2 days later had my car in Branson. May I say that it's like a cut throat racket, as I had many weird, strange, quotes and calls. I was about to give up when my moving company told me of Bob Moran and that is was a 5 star company, and wow they weren't kidding as my car is in Branson waiting for us.

Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

Scheduled pick up with this company, got a pick up date, when my dodge viper arrived it had been driven with out my permission and gps was stolen. The customers service is good and good communication but lil was done to resolve this issue.

I was offered a great quote on the shipping cost, and provided with the convenience of digitally signing the shipping contract via email. The transporter arrived on time and delivered the motorcycle to the destination address within 48 hours. The process went smoothly and worry free from start to finish. I even received a follow up phone from the Transport Coordinator after the motorcycle had been delivered to see how my shipping experience had been.
